TRB XX artist, Sammy Rae (of Sammy Rae & The Friends) joins Chris Rhoad and BoatCast Mark to relive her favorite memories from her first Rock Boat. Fellow Rock Boat Artists, Night Without Cars (formerly SCR), had educated Sammy about the Rock Boat family prior to setting sail, but the experience surpassed her band’s expectations. The Sammy & The Friends quickly became TRB Family. On the Boat, she established close connections with fans and fellow artists. Sammy and her band went out to support Tall Heights in NYC but when the concert was cancelled due to the beginning of COVID-19, they still dressed up in Tall Heights Merch and went bowling to show their support. Since stepping off The Boat, Sammy has cherished her relationship with Rock Boaters and is keeping us entertained during the Pandemic. Sammy Rae & The Friends recently released an EP, Let’s Throw a Party.
