After Eight Rock Boats (and 1 Chips and Dips Cruise), Barry Privett of Carbon Leaf has become a staple of TRB. Barry joins Chris Rhoad and BoatCast Mark to relive his most memorable Rock Boat moments, including the Ghostbusters vs. the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man on-stage skit during TRB XX epic movie theme night, Playing Danger Zone from Top Gun, and Sixthman renting Carbon Leaf Tuxedos to perform in after Delta Airlines misplaced the band’s luggage. Barry reflects on the friendships and fans that he has made on the boat - and the intersection of the two. He talks about “Sea Leaf”, a weekend at the Beach with Buncearoo.
Check out their most recent release, “Songs by the Sea”, filmed in May 2019 on the heels of the band's spring tour, with the goal of capturing as many Carbon Leaf songs on location as they could in the timeframe they had.
