TRB alums Tony Lucca and Brian Fechino have teamed back up for a good cause. Meaghan retells the “behind the scenes” details on fateful day when Boaters were unable to get off the boat in the Bahamas due to weather conditions. Sixthman asked her to play the pool deck - and her response was an easy YES but rounding up the troops (several of which had just gone to bed in anticipation of a day off) was more of a challenge.

She reflects that she had invested in a full band for The Boat and how her gut instincts paid off.

Alex Band is an international music sensation. While he had a successful solo career abroad, he is most famous in the United States for his band, The Calling. His hit, “Wherever You Will Go” topped the Adult Top 40 charts for a whopping 23 weeks. This was the second longest run in history behind Rob Thomas/Santana’s hit “Smooth”. Santana? Yep, Alex collaborated with him too; Why Don’t You & I was another mega-hit (which Alex adds will be part of the setlist).

“Music is Therapy”

He is excited to get out there to play in front of crowds again after the COVID shutdown - and as a father, himself, looks forward to playing in front of old fans and their kids. He seems trshutdown. Alex opens up his medical issues that put his career on hiatus. Despite having been mugged, electrocuted, and a remarkable cure from Parkinsons, he is committed to his fans. During his recovery he was able to write songs in his head and these fueled him to heal.

Alex is looking forward to touring the world to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his hit album, Camino Palmero. He will also be releasing an acoustic selection of his hits in 2023. Yes @BoatCast Chris, there will be Vinyl!!! .
